Being recognized for our efforts
The following table summarizes the level of BOMA Building Environmental Standards (BESt) certification obtained in the past three years for the buildings managed by Real Estate Services. BOMA BESt is an environmental standards program for buildings that reflects the direction in which the Canadian commercial real estate market is moving.
Assessments of the Fredericton and Charlottetown buildings are underway for BOMA BESt certification. An evaluation of the Rimouski building is underway for Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) certification.
